Announcing Joe Borden – Development & Production

What is Joe’s title? Well it’s kind of difficult to nail down. He writes, he produces, he finds projects, he networks, he stares wistfully into beautifully lit barns on set. What we do know is that Joe is a huge part of our team here at Nova Vento Entertainment and he is continuing to take a larger role everyday. So we’ll jsut call it Development and Production because he does all of that and more.

The other thing that you should about Joe is that you can not be angry around him. For one, he’s a great guy that doesn’t inspire anger, and for another thing, he’s so funny that you’ll spend most of your time laughing at what he just said.

Joe’s Bio

Based in Bozeman, Joe is a writer/producer with Nova Vento Entertainment who recently produced the films “Somewhere in Montana” (2023) starring Graham McTavish and “Cuisine de la ‘Pocalypse” featuring Emilio Rivera.

Formerly the Head Writer and Co-executive Producer of Comedy Central’s Tosh.0, Joe spent 20 years working in just about every sector of TV & film, but he made a name for himself producing and writing jokes for comedy/variety formats like SHOWBIZ SHOW WITH DAVID SPADE, REALITY BITES BACK (Comedy Central show starring Amy Schumer, Tiffany Haddish, Bert Kreischer), and Spike TV’s GUYS’ CHOICE AWARDS SHOW.

Joe was fortunate to have gotten his foot in the door thanks to the help of his mentor and fellow University of Alabama graduate Tom Cherones (director of SEINFELD and NEWSRADIO). Along the way, he has had the privilege of collaborating with heavy-hitters like Greg Daniels (THE OFFICE), David Litt (KING OF QUEENS), and Chelsea Handler (CHELSEA LATELY).
